Dumpsters for renovation, roofing, demolition and cleanout work across Celebration and the surrounding Osceola County area.
Most of what we place in Celebration is residential renovation and roofing, with commercial jobs through the year. Sizing is the main conversation: the debris type sets the container long before the volume does.
Our Celebration coverage runs across 34747 and the surrounding Osceola County area, taking in Bushy Stadium, Advent Health Celebration and Celebration Town Hall. Neighbouring Loughman, Hunters Creek and Kissimmee are on the same routes.
Hurricane season runs June through November, and it changes how containers work in Celebration twice over. Before a storm, everything loose on a site has to be secured or removed, and a half-full open container is loose material. After one, every hauler in Central Florida is booked solid within about 48 hours.
The practical advice is the same both ways: call early. If a named storm is tracking toward Osceola County we will pull a container ahead of the weather rather than leave it on your site, and if you are cleaning up afterwards, the sooner you are on the schedule the sooner the debris leaves.
Much of Central Florida sits on limestone karst, which is what makes this part of the state sinkhole country. It rarely affects a container directly, but it does affect what comes out of the ground: limestone, fill and spoil from foundation and drainage work are dense, and they reach the legal haul weight at roughly a third of visible capacity.
If a Celebration job involves excavation, soil or demolished slab, order a smaller container than the volume suggests and plan a swap. A 10 or 15 yard that leaves on time beats a 30 yard the driver cannot legally lift.
We deliver across Celebration and 34747. These are the reference points customers use most when describing where a container needs to go.
Six services covering Celebration and Osceola County. Each is sized on its own logic.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
Sizes run 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yards, each 8 feet wide and each with its own tonnage allowance. We confirm which allowance applies to your Celebration address when you book, because the disposal rate is set by Osceola County rather than by us.
Tell us the debris and the 34747 address, we confirm the size and the permit position, and the container arrives. Load it level with the top rail - above that it cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled - then call for the haul.
Full dimensions, tonnage allowances and the prohibited-materials list are on the roll-off containers in Celebration, and each debris type has its own sizing guidance.
What you get that you might not get from whoever quoted you yesterday.
On demolition and heavy cleanout work the container is the bottleneck. We schedule swaps against your crew throughput so nobody in Celebration is stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck.
Weight is what costs money, not volume. A container of broken slab in Celebration reaches its legal haul weight at about a third full, while the same box of cabinetry and carpet never gets close. We ask what you are throwing away first.
Dry-run fees, rejected loads, permit requirements and driveway marking are all avoidable with a two-minute conversation at booking. We would rather have that conversation than send an invoice explaining it.
Prohibited materials are set by the receiving facility and we cannot work around them. We tell you no at booking rather than at the scale, because a rejected load is a wasted haul you pay for.
Yes. Alongside Celebration and 34747 we cover Loughman, Hunters Creek and Kissimmee and the rest of Osceola County. If you are unsure about a specific address, give us the ZIP and we will confirm it in about a minute.
You can, but it costs more. Clean concrete goes to a crushing facility at a lower rate than mixed debris at a landfill, and one pallet of drywall reclassifies the whole load. On a job with both, two containers usually cost less than one.
A standard rental runs 7 to 10 days. Longer holds are normal on active construction and estate clearances, and they are quoted by the day up front rather than appearing on the final invoice.
For heavy material such as concrete, brick, soil and tile, take a 10 or 15 yard and expect it to look half empty when it is legally full. For light bulky debris such as framing, furniture and cleanout waste, order by volume and go one size up.
Not if it is set on boards. Ask for plywood under the rails and wheels when you book and the driver will place it that way at no charge. Southern heat softens concrete enough that this is worth doing.
Same containers, same terms, same number across Osceola County.
We will confirm the container size, the weight allowance and what Celebration requires for placement before anything is booked.
