Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Texas
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
- Takes
- mixed construction debris, general jobsite waste
Roll-off containers delivered to every county in the state. Order by debris type, get a container sized so the weight allowance actually covers the load.
Texas is four disposal markets rather than one. The Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metros have dense transfer station and landfill networks, which keeps haul distances short and tonnage rates competitive. Central Texas around Austin and San Antonio sits between them. West Texas is the outlier: long hauls to fewer facilities, so the distance to the nearest scale affects the price more than anything about the container itself.
That geography is why we quote by city rather than by a single statewide rate. A 30 yard container of mixed demolition debris in Harris County and the same container in Brewster County are different jobs for the truck, and pretending otherwise just produces a quote that changes later.
Private property placement, a driveway, a jobsite lot, a commercial parking area, needs no permit anywhere in the state. Street and right-of-way placement is governed by the municipality, and the requirements genuinely differ: some cities want reflective markings for overnight placement, some restrict placement duration, and some require the permit to be issued before the container is dropped rather than after.
We handle this by telling you what your specific city requires when you book. Summer heat is the other Texas-specific placement issue worth naming. Loaded steel on hot concrete will mark a residential driveway, so ask for boards under the rails and wheels. It costs nothing and it prevents the one complaint we hear most often.
On weight, which is where Texas jobs usually go wrong. Caliche, limestone and the clay soils across much of the state are heavy. A container of excavation spoil or broken slab will hit its legal haul weight at roughly a third of its visible capacity. If the load is dense, order smaller and plan a swap rather than ordering bigger.
Six services, each with its own sizing logic, accepted materials and weight plan.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
All sizes deliver across Texas. Availability of same-day service varies by metro.
| Size | L × W × H | Included tons | Pickup loads | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | 12′ × 8′ × 3.5′ | 2 - 3 | 3 - 4 | Heavy inert loads: concrete, brick, dirt. Small bath or kitchen gut. |
| 20 yard | 22′ × 8′ × 4.5′ | 3 - 4 | 6 - 8 | Roof tear-offs up to about 30 squares. Mid-size remodels. Garage cleanouts. |
| 30 yard | 22′ × 8′ × 6′ | 4 - 5 | 9 - 12 | Whole-home renovations, framing waste, mixed demolition debris. |
| 40 yard | 22′ × 8′ × 8′ | 5 - 6 | 14 - 16 | Commercial tear-outs, large demolition, bulky light debris. |
Same four steps anywhere in the state.
One call sizes the container. What you are throwing away matters more than how much of it there is, because a concrete load hits its weight limit long before it fills the box.
Driveway, street or lot. We need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance for the truck to roll a container off. Street placement in most cities needs a right-of-way permit, and we will tell you what yours asks for.
Same-day delivery is often available on calls placed before about 10am. The driver sets boards under the rails on request so the container does not mark your concrete.
Keep debris level with the top rail. An overloaded container is unsafe to tarp and the driver cannot legally haul it. Call when you are done and we pull it, or swap it for an empty if the job is still running.

All 1,836 incorporated cities and communities in Texas, across all 254 counties. Coverage runs from the Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metros to small West Texas towns.
Often, on calls placed before about 10am, and most reliably in the major metros. Next-day delivery is standard across the state.
Not for private property such as a driveway or a jobsite lot. Street or right-of-way placement requires a permit from the city, and requirements differ between municipalities. We will tell you what your city asks for.
Each container includes a tonnage allowance, and weight past it is billed at the disposal rate for that county with the scale ticket passed through. Rates vary between North, Central, South and West Texas because the facilities do.
One call sizes the container, confirms placement and tells you what your city requires for a permit.
