Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you book a container with us.
Last updated 2026-10-11.
Agreement
These terms apply when you book a container with Easy Dumps Junk Removal. Placing an order, by phone or through this site, means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
A quote covers the container size, the rental period and a stated tonnage allowance. Weight above that allowance is billed at the disposal facility rate for the county, and we provide the scale ticket. We do not mark up disposal fees.
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the debris type turns out to be materially different, for example a quoted light-debris load that arrives as concrete and tile, the price will change to reflect the actual disposal cost.
Rental period
The standard rental period is 7 to 10 days unless we agree otherwise in writing. Longer holds are charged per day at the rate quoted when you book. If you need the container longer mid-job, call us before the period ends.
Placement and access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal and adequate access. We need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance to place a container.
You are responsible for obtaining any permit required for street or right-of-way placement. We will tell you what your municipality requires, but the permit is yours to obtain.
Placement on a driveway, parking area or other paved surface is at your risk. Loaded containers are heavy and can mark or crack paving. We will place boards under the rails and wheels on request at no charge, and we recommend it, but we cannot accept liability for surface damage from placement you have directed.
Loading and prohibited materials
Debris must be loaded level with the top rail. Containers filled above the rail cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled; if the driver cannot take it, a dry-run fee applies.
Prohibited materials must not be placed in the container. These are set by the receiving facility and typically include wet paint, solvents, automotive fluids, asbestos-containing material, tires, batteries, propane tanks, un-evacuated refrigerant appliances and medical waste.
If a load is rejected at the scale because of prohibited material, you are responsible for the rejected-load charge, the return haul and the cost of correct disposal of the offending material.
Weight limits
Legal highway weight limits apply to every haul and are not negotiable. We may refuse to haul an overloaded container until material is removed. This is a statutory limit on the vehicle, not a commercial preference.
Delivery windows and cancellation
We schedule delivery by day rather than by a guaranteed hour, because traffic and preceding jobs move. If the drop zone is blocked on arrival, a dry-run fee applies.
Cancellations made before the truck is dispatched are free. Once dispatched, a dry-run fee applies.
Ownership and damage
The container remains our property throughout the rental. You are responsible for it while it is on your site, including damage from fire, burning, cutting, overloading or vandalism, and for keeping it accessible for pickup.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including project delay, lost profit or lost time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
