What we collect
When you request a container through this site or by phone, we collect the information needed to quote and deliver it: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the delivery ZIP code and address, the debris type, the container size and the dates you need it, plus any access notes you add.
When you browse the site we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page. This is aggregate traffic data and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To quote your container, schedule the delivery and pickup, route the driver, handle billing, meet disposal and permitting record requirements, and respond if you contact us about the job. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to do the job: the haulier or driver delivering your container, the disposal facility where legally required for the waste record, and our payment processor if you pay by card. We also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Job and billing records are kept for seven years to meet tax and waste-record requirements. Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for 24 months and then deleted.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make pages work and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still function.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of personal data, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data. We do not sell data or run targeted advertising, so those last two do not arise.

Children
This site is for people arranging waste containers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be summarised here rather than quietly replaced.
