Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in University
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
- Typical materials
- mixed construction debris, general jobsite waste
Whatever you are tearing out in University, the debris decides the container and the weight decides the price. We settle both on the phone.
University is a steady market for us - big enough that containers move through most weeks, small enough that the driver knows the streets. That matters when a container has to thread into a tight residential drive.
Our University coverage runs across 32816 and the surrounding Hillsborough County area, taking in University of Central Florida, Addition Financial Arena and University Mall. Neighbouring Lake Magdalene, Temple Terrace and Lutz are on the same routes.
Coastal sites in University come with their own constraints. Barrier island and waterfront access is often a single narrow road with weight restrictions, and a loaded roll-off truck is heavy. Tell us the address and we will check the approach before the delivery day rather than turning around on it.
Salt air and sandy ground matter too. Soft sand will not carry a loaded container, so placement usually wants a driveway, a compacted pad or plating. If the only spot is soft, say so and we will plan it rather than discover it.
With University of Central Florida in the area, University sees the turn cycle that comes with student housing: heavy clear-out demand at the end of term, then make-ready work before the next intake. Both are container-hungry and both run to fixed dates.
Campus and off-campus projects often have access constraints - gated lots, restricted delivery hours, tight service drives. Mention it when you book and we will send a container that can actually reach the building.
We deliver across University and 32816. These are the reference points customers use most when describing where a container needs to go.
Six services covering University and Hillsborough County. Each is sized on its own logic.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
The container that suits a University job is decided by weight, not volume. Heavy inert material wants a 10 or 15 yard you will only part fill. Light bulky debris wants a 30 or 40 and is cheaper ordered one size up than hauled twice.
Booking takes a few minutes: debris type, address, how long you need it. We need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance to set a container down, so clear the spot before the window opens.
Full dimensions, tonnage allowances and the prohibited-materials list are on the roll-off containers in University, and each debris type has its own sizing guidance.
Four things contractors tell us matter, and the reasons we work the way we do.
A contractor running jobs in University and Lake Magdalene, Temple Terrace and Lutz should not need three haulers and three sets of terms. Same number, same terms, wherever the work is.
On demolition and heavy cleanout work the container is the bottleneck. We schedule swaps against your crew throughput so nobody in University is stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck.
Dry-run fees, rejected loads, permit requirements and driveway marking are all avoidable with a two-minute conversation at booking. We would rather have that conversation than send an invoice explaining it.
Disposal pricing is set by the facility that receives your load, and that varies across Florida. We quote University against the facility that will actually take the debris rather than an average that changes later.
Not on private property such as a driveway or a jobsite lot. Street or right-of-way placement needs a permit from the city, and requirements differ between Florida municipalities. We will tell you what applies before delivery.
Wet paint, solvents, automotive fluids, asbestos-containing material, tires, batteries, propane tanks, un-evacuated refrigerant appliances and medical waste. These limits come from the receiving facility, not from us.
For heavy material such as concrete, brick, soil and tile, take a 10 or 15 yard and expect it to look half empty when it is legally full. For light bulky debris such as framing, furniture and cleanout waste, order by volume and go one size up.
Call and we will swap it. An empty replaces the full one in the same visit so the crew keeps loading. Do not fill above the top rail - an overloaded container cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled.
Not if it is set on boards. Ask for plywood under the rails and wheels when you book and the driver will place it that way at no charge. Southern heat softens concrete enough that this is worth doing.
Same containers, same terms, same number across Hillsborough County.
Give us the address in 32816 and what is coming out. You get a size, a price and a delivery day, usually in under three minutes.
