Roofing & Shingle Dumpster Rental in Horizon City
A square of asphalt shingle weighs roughly 250 pounds for single-layer three-tab and can reach 400 or more for architectural or a second layer. That makes Horizon City roofing containers weight-bound, not volume-bound.
We run Horizon City as part of a regular El Paso County route, so a day of notice generally gets you the delivery window you asked for.
We place roofing container containers throughout 79928 and the wider El Paso County area. Work around Town of Horizon City and The Hospitals Of Providence Horizon City Campus is familiar ground for our drivers.
Sizing this job in Horizon City
Measure the Horizon City roof in squares before you call and the sizing takes about ten seconds. One square is 100 square feet, and the layer count roughly multiplies the weight.
What the container accepts, what the receiving facility will reject, and the full dimensions and tonnage table are on the Roofing & Shingle Dumpster Rental guide. For Texas-specific rules on permits, disposal rates and ground conditions, see Roofing & Shingle Dumpster Rental in Texas.
Horizon City questions
Will it damage the driveway?
Not if it is set on boards. Ask for plywood under the rails and wheels when you book - Texas heat softens concrete enough that this is worth doing.
Can I include the old decking?
Rotten decking removed during the tear-off is accepted. If the load becomes mostly lumber it is no longer a recyclable shingle load, so mention it when you order.
Where will you put the container on a Horizon City roof job?
As close to the eave on the tear-off side as access allows, doors facing the work. That is the difference between shovelling straight off a tarp and carrying every bundle.
Do I need to be there for the delivery?
No, as long as the placement is unambiguous. Mark the spot and tell us which way the doors should face.
