Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Ocean Breeze

Driveway and patio tear-outs are the most common concrete job we handle around Ocean Breeze. They look modest and weigh a great deal, which is why the container arrives with a fill line and the driver will hold you to it.

We fold Ocean Breeze deliveries into the wider Martin County round. Booking in the same week as a neighbour genuinely helps on cost.

We deliver concrete disposal jobs around Ocean Breeze, not far from Frances Langford Outrigger Café and Exhibit, and anywhere else inside 34957. If your site sits just outside the city limits that is normally still fine - give us the address and we will confirm.

Sizing this job in Ocean Breeze

For bigger Ocean Breeze concrete removals we schedule swap-outs so the crew keeps breaking while a full container leaves. That moves far more material per day than one box and a wait.

What the container accepts, what the receiving facility will reject, and the full dimensions and tonnage table are on the Concrete & Asphalt Disposal guide. For Texas-specific rules on permits, disposal rates and ground conditions, see Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Texas.

Ocean Breeze questions

Do you take rebar-reinforced slab?

Yes. Rebar inside the concrete is normal. Steel protruding above the container walls is not, because the load cannot be tarped and so cannot be hauled.

I am pouring rather than demolishing - what do I need?

Liquid washout from chutes and mixer drums needs a lined washout container, not an open roll-off. On commercial Ocean Breeze sites that is usually a stormwater permit condition. Ask for it by name.

Is concrete cheaper to dispose of than mixed debris?

Per container, yes, as long as the load stays clean. Clean concrete is recycled into road base at a lower rate than mixed debris at a landfill. Adding wood or trash removes the saving entirely.

What happens if I go over the weight limit?

Overage is billed per ton at the disposal rate for Martin County and you get the scale ticket. We do not mark up tipping fees.
