Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Leroy, TX
Concrete loads out of Leroy go in their own container, kept clean so they price as recyclable rather than as landfill waste.
Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Leroy
For a large Leroy concrete removal the answer is swap-outs rather than a bigger container. A 30 yard of broken slab simply cannot be lifted, so ordering one does not help; a smaller box pulled repeatedly moves far more material.
Leroy is a small community, and the haul rather than the container is what drives the price. We are straight about that when we quote.
We place concrete disposal containers throughout 76654 and the wider McLennan County area. Work around TSTC Waco Airport and Aquaponics Greenhouse is familiar ground for our drivers.
Sizing this job in Leroy
Think in tons rather than yards on Leroy concrete. Five tons is a full legal load, and five tons of broken slab is about four cubic yards - roughly a third of a 10 yard container.
What the container accepts, what the receiving facility will reject, and the full dimensions and tonnage table are on the Concrete & Asphalt Disposal guide. For Texas-specific rules on permits, disposal rates and ground conditions, see Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Texas.
Leroy questions
I am pouring rather than demolishing - what do I need?
Liquid washout from chutes and mixer drums needs a lined washout container, not an open roll-off. On commercial Leroy sites that is usually a stormwater permit condition. Ask for it by name.
What about asphalt and millings?
Both are accepted and both recycle well, provided they are kept separate from soil and general trash.
Do you take rebar-reinforced slab?
Yes. Rebar inside the concrete is normal. Steel protruding above the container walls is not, because the load cannot be tarped and so cannot be hauled.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
Overage is billed per ton at the disposal rate for McLennan County and you get the scale ticket. We do not mark up tipping fees.
