Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Spring Branch, TX
Broken concrete and asphalt removal for Spring Branch contractors, with a fill line the driver will hold you to.
Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Spring Branch
These containers are ordered small on purpose. Concrete runs roughly 2,000 to 2,400 pounds per cubic yard, so a 10 yard container in Spring Branch reaches full legal haul weight at about four or five cubic yards. The rest of the box stays empty by design.
Spring Branch sits far enough out that same-day is unlikely, and we would rather say so than promise it. What we can do is hit the date you give us.
Our Spring Branch rounds take in Herman and Ada Knibbe Home, Ranger Stadium and Guadalupe River State Park, and we run the same routes out to Bulverde, Canyon Lake and Timberwood Park. Booking a concrete disposal for any of them works the same way.
Sizing this job in Spring Branch
For bigger Spring Branch concrete removals we schedule swap-outs so the crew keeps breaking while a full container leaves. That moves far more material per day than one box and a wait.
What the container accepts, what the receiving facility will reject, and the full dimensions and tonnage table are on the Concrete & Asphalt Disposal guide. For Texas-specific rules on permits, disposal rates and ground conditions, see Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Texas.
Spring Branch questions
What about asphalt and millings?
Both are accepted and both recycle well, provided they are kept separate from soil and general trash.
Do you take rebar-reinforced slab?
Yes. Rebar inside the concrete is normal. Steel protruding above the container walls is not, because the load cannot be tarped and so cannot be hauled.
I am pouring rather than demolishing - what do I need?
Liquid washout from chutes and mixer drums needs a lined washout container, not an open roll-off. On commercial Spring Branch sites that is usually a stormwater permit condition. Ask for it by name.
Do I need a permit in Spring Branch?
Not on private property such as a driveway or a jobsite lot. Street or right-of-way placement needs a permit from the city, and we will tell you what yours requires before delivery.
