Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Strawn

For a large Strawn concrete removal the answer is swap-outs rather than a bigger container. A 30 yard of broken slab simply cannot be lifted, so ordering one does not help; a smaller box pulled repeatedly moves far more material.

Strawn is a small community, so the delivery is scheduled rather than improvised. That is usually an advantage: you get the day you asked for.

Our Strawn rounds take in Strawn, Strawn City Hall and Bethel Strawn, and we run the same routes out to Ranger, Eastland and Breckenridge. Booking a concrete disposal for any of them works the same way.

Sizing this job in Strawn

For bigger Strawn concrete removals we schedule swap-outs so the crew keeps breaking while a full container leaves. That moves far more material per day than one box and a wait.

What the container accepts, what the receiving facility will reject, and the full dimensions and tonnage table are on the Concrete & Asphalt Disposal guide. For Texas-specific rules on permits, disposal rates and ground conditions, see Concrete & Asphalt Disposal in Texas.

Strawn questions

Do you take rebar-reinforced slab?

Yes. Rebar inside the concrete is normal. Steel protruding above the container walls is not, because the load cannot be tarped and so cannot be hauled.

I am pouring rather than demolishing - what do I need?

Liquid washout from chutes and mixer drums needs a lined washout container, not an open roll-off. On commercial Strawn sites that is usually a stormwater permit condition. Ask for it by name.

Is concrete cheaper to dispose of than mixed debris?

Per container, yes, as long as the load stays clean. Clean concrete is recycled into road base at a lower rate than mixed debris at a landfill. Adding wood or trash removes the saving entirely.

Do I need a permit in Strawn?

Not on private property such as a driveway or a jobsite lot. Street or right-of-way placement needs a permit from the city, and we will tell you what yours requires before delivery.
