Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in East Los Angeles
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
- Typical materials
- mixed construction debris, general jobsite waste
Roll-offs for East Los Angeles crews working tight driveways, hill streets and sites where the approach matters as much as the box.
Permitted jobs in East Los Angeles generally come with a diversion requirement attached to the building permit. The container is the easy part - the weight ticket that proves where the material went is what releases the deposit, and we send one for every load.
Deliveries run in East Los Angeles near East LA County Hall. We also serve Monterey Park, Commerce and Maywood, so a contractor working across several towns in Los Angeles County deals with one number rather than several.
California has asked for construction debris to be diverted since AB 939, and CALGreen now asks most new construction and many alterations to divert 65% of what the job produces. Cities enforce it through a waste management plan filed with the permit, often with a deposit released only once you show where the material went.
The weight ticket from the receiving facility is that evidence, so we send one for every load whether you ask or not. It also changes how to order: a separated load of clean concrete, clean wood or metal is credited at a far higher rate than a mixed box, so on a job that has to hit a number, two containers usually beat one.
A good number of cities in this part of California franchise construction and demolition collection, keep a permitted-hauler list, or require the load to go to a named facility. Where that applies the hauler is partly the city's decision rather than yours, and a box dropped outside the arrangement becomes the customer's problem rather than a technicality.
It is also why we ask for the street address rather than just the ZIP. Two jobs a few miles apart on opposite sides of a city line can carry different rules, different receiving facilities and different paperwork, and that is worth knowing before the truck is loaded rather than after.
We deliver across East Los Angeles and 90022. These are the reference points customers use most when describing where a container needs to go.
Six services covering East Los Angeles and Los Angeles County. Each is sized on its own logic.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
Sizes run 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yards, each 8 feet wide and each with its own tonnage allowance. We confirm which allowance applies to your East Los Angeles address when you book, because the disposal rate is set by Los Angeles County rather than by us.
Booking takes a few minutes: debris type, address, how long you need it. We need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance to set a container down, so clear the spot before the window opens.
Full dimensions, tonnage allowances and the prohibited-materials list are on the roll-off containers in East Los Angeles, and each debris type has its own sizing guidance.
Four things contractors tell us matter, and the reasons we work the way we do.
Every quote carries a written tonnage allowance. Overage is billed at the actual disposal rate for Los Angeles County with the scale ticket attached. We do not mark up tipping fees.
A contractor running jobs in East Los Angeles and Monterey Park, Commerce and Maywood should not need three haulers and three sets of terms. Same number, same terms, wherever the work is.
On demolition and heavy cleanout work the container is the bottleneck. We schedule swaps against your crew throughput so nobody in East Los Angeles is stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck.
Dry-run fees, rejected loads, permit requirements and driveway marking are all avoidable with a two-minute conversation at booking. We would rather have that conversation than send an invoice explaining it.
Overage is billed per ton at the disposal rate for Los Angeles County and you get the scale ticket. There is no markup invented on top of it. Asking for the tonnage allowance before you order is how you avoid it entirely.
Not on private property such as a driveway or a jobsite lot. Street or right-of-way placement needs a permit from the city, and requirements differ between California municipalities. We will tell you what applies before delivery.
Wet paint, solvents, automotive fluids, asbestos-containing material, tires, batteries, propane tanks, un-evacuated refrigerant appliances and medical waste. These limits come from the receiving facility, not from us.
Call and we will swap it. An empty replaces the full one in the same visit so the crew keeps loading. Do not fill above the top rail - an overloaded container cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled.
For heavy material such as concrete, brick, soil and tile, take a 10 or 15 yard and expect it to look half empty when it is legally full. For light bulky debris such as framing, furniture and cleanout waste, order by volume and go one size up.
Same containers, same terms, same number across Los Angeles County.
Give us the address in 90022 and what is coming out. You get a size, a price and a delivery day, usually in under three minutes.
