Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in San Diego
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
- Typical materials
- mixed construction debris, general jobsite waste
Roll-off containers delivered across San Diego and 92101, sized by what you are throwing away rather than by how big the pile looks.
Tenant improvement and commercial turnover work is steady across San Diego, and it runs to fixed dates. A space has to be ready for the next occupant whether or not the demolition went to plan, so we schedule swaps against the handover date rather than the optimistic one.
Coverage takes in 92101 and the wider San Diego County area, including the streets around Montgomery Field and MCAS Miramar Airfield. Ask about anywhere specific and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
With Montgomery Field in the area, San Diego sees the turn cycle that comes with student housing: heavy clear-out demand at the end of term, then make-ready work before the next intake. Both are container-hungry and both run to fixed dates.
Campus and off-campus projects often have access constraints - gated lots, restricted delivery hours, tight service drives. Mention it when you book and we will send a container that can actually reach the building.
California has asked for construction debris to be diverted since AB 939, and CALGreen now asks most new construction and many alterations to divert 65% of what the job produces. Cities enforce it through a waste management plan filed with the permit, often with a deposit released only once you show where the material went.
The weight ticket from the receiving facility is that evidence, so we send one for every load whether you ask or not. It also changes how to order: a separated load of clean concrete, clean wood or metal is credited at a far higher rate than a mixed box, so on a job that has to hit a number, two containers usually beat one.
We deliver across San Diego and 92101. These are the reference points customers use most when describing where a container needs to go.
Six services covering San Diego and San Diego County. Each is sized on its own logic.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
For San Diego we quote from four sizes. The useful rule is that the denser the debris, the smaller the container you want - a 40 yard of broken slab cannot legally be lifted, so on heavy material a smaller box swapped twice moves more material.
Booking takes a few minutes: debris type, address, how long you need it. We need roughly 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance to set a container down, so clear the spot before the window opens.
Full dimensions, tonnage allowances and the prohibited-materials list are on the roll-off containers in San Diego, and each debris type has its own sizing guidance.
Why the number gets kept rather than used once.
Boards under the rails and wheels on any residential driveway in San Diego, at no charge, on request. Loaded steel on hot concrete marks it, and this is the complaint we hear most when somebody else delivered.
Dry-run fees, rejected loads, permit requirements and driveway marking are all avoidable with a two-minute conversation at booking. We would rather have that conversation than send an invoice explaining it.
Prohibited materials are set by the receiving facility and we cannot work around them. We tell you no at booking rather than at the scale, because a rejected load is a wasted haul you pay for.
On demolition and heavy cleanout work the container is the bottleneck. We schedule swaps against your crew throughput so nobody in San Diego is stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck.
For heavy material such as concrete, brick, soil and tile, take a 10 or 15 yard and expect it to look half empty when it is legally full. For light bulky debris such as framing, furniture and cleanout waste, order by volume and go one size up.
Yes. Alongside San Diego and 92101 we cover El Cajon, Chula Vista and Encinitas and the rest of San Diego County. If you are unsure about a specific address, give us the ZIP and we will confirm it in about a minute.
Call and we will swap it. An empty replaces the full one in the same visit so the crew keeps loading. Do not fill above the top rail - an overloaded container cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled.
You can, but it costs more. Clean concrete goes to a crushing facility at a lower rate than mixed debris at a landfill, and one pallet of drywall reclassifies the whole load. On a job with both, two containers usually cost less than one.
Next-day delivery is standard across San Diego and 92101. Same-day is often possible on a call placed before about 10am, depending on where the trucks already are that morning.
Same containers, same terms, same number across San Diego County.
Describe the job and we will tell you which container fits and what it costs to empty. No obligation and no call-back queue.
