Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Yolo
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
- Typical materials
- mixed construction debris, general jobsite waste
Ten to forty yard roll-off containers serving Yolo, 95697 and the rest of Yolo County.
A container in Yolo often stays a little longer than it would in a city, and that is usually the cheaper way round. Sorting, hauling and the decisions that go with a clearance do not finish in a weekend, and one long rental beats two deliveries.
Containers go out in Yolo near Yolo Branch Library (Yolo County Library) and anywhere else inside 95697. If your site sits just outside the city limits, that is normally still fine - tell us the address and we will confirm.
California has asked for construction debris to be diverted since AB 939, and CALGreen now asks most new construction and many alterations to divert 65% of what the job produces. Cities enforce it through a waste management plan filed with the permit, often with a deposit released only once you show where the material went.
The weight ticket from the receiving facility is that evidence, so we send one for every load whether you ask or not. It also changes how to order: a separated load of clean concrete, clean wood or metal is credited at a far higher rate than a mixed box, so on a job that has to hit a number, two containers usually beat one.
The ground around Yolo is clay, and clay changes weight with the season. Spoil dug after a wet week comes out heavy enough that the same volume that was fine in August is over the limit in February, and a loaded container sitting on soft ground is how a driveway gets damaged. A compacted pad, plating or the driveway itself beats bare soil.
Summer works the other way. Crews start early to beat the afternoon heat, so an early delivery is worth asking for, and a container that is going to sit through a July week is better swapped than left to fill slowly.
We deliver across Yolo and 95697. These are the reference points customers use most when describing where a container needs to go.
Six services covering Yolo and Yolo County. Each is sized on its own logic.
Four container sizes, delivered to jobsites and driveways nationwide.
Concrete goes in a dedicated container, not a mixed one.
Demolition produces mixed, heavy and awkward debris faster than any other kind of work.
Shingles are dense, so roofing containers are ordered by squares rather than by volume.
Remodel debris is mixed and mostly light, which makes these the jobs where ordering by volume works.
Cleanouts are rarely only about the debris.
Sizes run 10, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yards, each 8 feet wide and each with its own tonnage allowance. We confirm which allowance applies to your Yolo address when you book, because the disposal rate is set by Yolo County rather than by us.
Tell us the debris and the 95697 address, we confirm the size and the permit position, and the container arrives. Load it level with the top rail - above that it cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled - then call for the haul.
Full dimensions, tonnage allowances and the prohibited-materials list are on the roll-off containers in Yolo, and each debris type has its own sizing guidance.
What you get that you might not get from whoever quoted you yesterday.
On demolition and heavy cleanout work the container is the bottleneck. We schedule swaps against your crew throughput so nobody in Yolo is stacking debris on the ground waiting for a truck.
Dry-run fees, rejected loads, permit requirements and driveway marking are all avoidable with a two-minute conversation at booking. We would rather have that conversation than send an invoice explaining it.
Weight is what costs money, not volume. A container of broken slab in Yolo reaches its legal haul weight at about a third full, while the same box of cabinetry and carpet never gets close. We ask what you are throwing away first.
Prohibited materials are set by the receiving facility and we cannot work around them. We tell you no at booking rather than at the scale, because a rejected load is a wasted haul you pay for.
Overage is billed per ton at the disposal rate for Yolo County and you get the scale ticket. There is no markup invented on top of it. Asking for the tonnage allowance before you order is how you avoid it entirely.
Not if it is set on boards. Ask for plywood under the rails and wheels when you book and the driver will place it that way at no charge. Southern heat softens concrete enough that this is worth doing.
For heavy material such as concrete, brick, soil and tile, take a 10 or 15 yard and expect it to look half empty when it is legally full. For light bulky debris such as framing, furniture and cleanout waste, order by volume and go one size up.
Call and we will swap it. An empty replaces the full one in the same visit so the crew keeps loading. Do not fill above the top rail - an overloaded container cannot be tarped and cannot legally be hauled.
You can, but it costs more. Clean concrete goes to a crushing facility at a lower rate than mixed debris at a landfill, and one pallet of drywall reclassifies the whole load. On a job with both, two containers usually cost less than one.
Same containers, same terms, same number across Yolo County.
Describe the job and we will tell you which container fits and what it costs to empty. No obligation and no call-back queue.
